This Data Protection and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Boomerang Logistics app (“BL”, “us”, “we”, “our”) uses the personal data we collect from You when you use our apps, website or any other system. This Policy applies to all services offered by BL, including personal data, photos, location, Qr code reading provided by any of our employees or contractors providers (“BL Provider”). Boomerang Logistics Pty Ltd is the company will have access to all personal data collected through the Application. Note that if you open an account through the Boomerang Logistics app, as defined in our Terms of Use, you will be required sign an NDA Agreement about data privacy. By opening or maintaining such account in our App, you consent, direct, and authorize us to share your information with our clients. The information we share with the Clients under this authorization may include any public or non-public information which we have gathered from or about you when you interact with our services and/or partners, or that we collect via third-party providers and other sources, where permitted by law. This includes information identifying or relating to you (or your devices or household), relating to the services provided by you, including location and photos (as defined in our Terms of Use). This includes information you provide to us or authorize us to obtain about you or your household in order to obtain information about the services, and transaction information arising from the services we provide, such as: transactions and transaction history; account balance; name, address, and account information; background check information; digital identity information like metadata, log data and location information; and other relevant data. Our Business Partners take your privacy seriously and compromise to not sell or rent your information to marketers or other third parties in their Privacy Policies. They collect data in order to: comply with applicable law and services regulation; verify your identity when you apply to receive a service; operate, improve, protect and develop services provided; mitigate financial loss; or other business purposes. They may retain your Data for longer periods than required by law if it is in their legitimate business interests and not prohibited by law. The Report of services are provided by BL via Boomerang Management System. Therefore, BL may share the information here obtained with other commercial partners. What data do we collect?

BL collects the following types of data:

• Personal identification information:name, Address, Drive License, passport information, date of birth, mother's name, gender, email address, mobile phone number and photo recorded by photo in the application.
• Operational information: orders, requests, transactions, and visits.
• Information from Third Parties. We also collect Personal Information about you from other companies. For instance, we may receive Personal Information about you from a policy check reporting agency.
• Information from your device, as detailed in ‘Information Automatically Collected’.
• Data from cookies, as detailed in ‘Information Collected through Cookies and Similar Technologies’.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide BL with most of the data we collect, but we also get indirect information from partner providers and operational/usage information when you use our systems. Sources of information:

• Provided by the user: you directly provide in the application;
• Enriched by providers: we obtain the information from third party;
• Operational: we collect data during the usage of our product and services.

Information Automatically Collected

We (or our service providers acting on our behalf) may collect information about your use of our Services. This information may include Personal Information as well as statistical information that does not identify you (“Analytics”). Some Analytics may be correlated with Personal Information. Boomerang App collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?

Boomerang securely stores your data in repositories (databases) , at secure data centres in public cloud providers ( Amazon Web Services , but not limited to). We take special care to keep data ciphered at rest in the repositories. Also we segment our database repositories, so data is separated from "personal identifiable data". Boomerang also keeps your personal data, including personal documents, for as long as you have an account/profile with us. Once you cancel your plan, we will keep this information for up to 2 years. After this period, your data will be deleted from our repositories.

Boomerang would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like it, as well as those of our partner companies.

What are your data protection rights?

Boomerang would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following: The right to access – You have the right to request BL for copies of your personal data. The right to rectification – You has the right to request that BL correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request BL to complete the information you believe is incomplete. The right to erasure – You has the right to request that BL erase your personal data, under certain conditions. The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that BL restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Nomad’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Nomad transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions. The processing of the collected data is carried out by Boomerang Logistics (If you have any doubts regarding this Policy, please contact us at boomerang@mylogistics.store. In order to make a complaint regarding the Services, please e-mail us at boomerang@mylogistics.store. All cases, the Data Subject must provide at least the following information and personal documents: claimant’s full name, Driver License (DL) number, persons number (TFN), e-mail address used in the App, brief report of facts and complaints. Other information or documents might be required in order to answer the complaint or in case of doubt regarding the claimant’s identity or the truthfulness of the reported facts.

The Boomerang website and apps may contain links to other websites or apps. Our privacy policy applies only to our website/app, so if you click on a link to another website/app, you should read their privacy policy.

Changes to our privacy policy

BL keeps its privacy policy under regular review and places any updates on this web page. We may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business and practices and, therefore, you should revisit this document periodically. However, when we change this Privacy Policy, we will notify you and update the "last modified" date. If you are opposed to any changes, you can close your account and refrain from using the Platform, but if you agree with the changes, you must accept them by clicking on the checkbox “I have read and agree with the Privacy Policy”. Protecting Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed, or intended to be attractive, to children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not use our Services or submit any information to us.
